Angelic Smile

I created this layout for a speed scrap. Our darling boy when he was just two. I created the layout with me Thankfully Yours Digital Scrapbook Kit.

I finally got to scrapping some more of our Christmassy photos from this year. Well it was a Christmas photo shoot to do our Christmas cards with but I had some gorgeous shots that I didn’t use for the card. I never seem to take many photos on the actual day because I just want to enjoy the moments and not worry about taking photos.

I loved mcbowersox’s layout which I posted a few days ago so much I just had to scraplift it! So here is my version of her layout, created with my Merry Wishes Digital Scrapbook Layout and Halftone Layered Template

The wordart is from my Season of Whimsey Wordart. I also treated the photos with my Urban Grunge Action from my Foto Action Pack Vol 1 and Yellowed Nostalgia Action from my Nostalgia Photo Action Pack.

Dutch Oilliebollen!

My first attempt at my all time favourite food, Oilliebollen. The Dutch version of donuts they are a treat close to my heart!

I have never deep fried anything let alone attempted to make Oilliebollen. They bring back memories of Holland and the Oilliebollen wagons. Nothing like it on a freezing cold day. I did a practice run before I make some for Christmas/New Year. Butterflies are Free

I recently moved a layout to the Hall of Fame gallery at Digital Scrapbook Place and just had to share with you all. If you have never checked out the Hall of Fame Gallery it is worth a look. There are some really amazing and inspiring layouts in there.

Butterflies Are Free was created by DSP member PQ. DSP gallery posters all know and love her wonderful and inspiring comments she shares with us all in the gallery.

PQ created her beautiful layout with my Thankfully Yours Digital Scrapbook Kit. I just love the creative use of elements and negative space and the beautiful fluidity to this layout. Beautiful extraction. Very stunning, very striking and well worth induction into the HOF gallery!

Beauty At Play

During last weeks inspiration speed scrap at DSP I created a layout of my daughter playing at a local park in 2006. I have loads of older photos to scrap still so I love using the speed scraps to scrap them.

Beauty at Play was created with my Floral Fancy Digital Scrapbook Kit. I created the frames using some custom shapes in Photoshop and clipping one of the papers to it.

Very First Trick Or Treat

Our kids had their very first Trick or Treat for Halloween this year. We don’t normally celebrate Halloween in Australia but we sent a flyer around the neighbourhood to organise trick or treat for the kids in the area. Created with my Spooky Boo Value Collection and Whimsical Words of Halloween Word Art in my Etsy store and also available in my Clikchic Designs store.
